Gentle Brooke Farms is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Shipping Policy
All products are shipped via United States Postal Service. The flat rate for shipping is $8.95. Local pick up is available. Please see below.
At this time, orders cannot be shipped internationally.
All products are shipped within 7 - 10 business days of purchasing items due to each bottle being made by hand.

Delivery Address
Please note we are unable to modify your delivery address once you have placed your order. Be sure to double check your address before placing your order.
International Orders
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Local Pickup
Orders must be picked up at 103 E. Main Street in Fruitland. All orders will be ready for pick up the following days, except weekends.
Orders can be picked Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. Our hours are posted on the building. Please do not pick up orders at Gentle Brook Farms.
